About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Administrator to provide a wide range of administrative support to our Operations and Quality and Compliance teams at Millennium Support.

Main Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide high-quality administrative support to the Operational team and the Quality and Compliance team, including coordinating requests for information, generating routine and ad-hoc reports, and recording minutes for key meetings.
  • Document Management: Maintain electronic document management systems and assist in the retrieval of relevant files and information as required.
  • Operational Delivery: Support operational delivery plans to monitor progress against actions and timescales.
  • Reporting and Proofreading: Proofread and format reports and other documents to ensure these are written in a consistent manner and are of high quality.
  • Continuous Improvement: Support the continuous improvement of the departments and service to the business.
Requirements
  • Previous Experience: Has previous experience of working in a fast-paced office environment.
  • Communication Skills: Can demonstrate excellent communication skills.
  • Confidentiality: Can manage sensitive information and maintain confidentiality.
  • Resilience: Is resilient enough to handle sensitive and sometimes distressing information.
  • IT Skills: Has excellent word processing and IT skills, including competence in using a range of MS Office packages.
  • Workload Management: Can prioritize workload, maintain flexibility in the workplace, and respond quickly to urgent queries.
