We are seeking skilled Chef de Parties to enhance our relief team, providing support to Lexington sites throughout central London alongside dedicated kitchen personnel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain cleanliness, presentation, and stock levels in your designated area at all times.
  • Possess a thorough understanding of the menu and special offers to provide accurate information to customers and clients.
  • Oversee the operation of relevant kitchen equipment, promptly reporting any maintenance issues as per established procedures.
  • Handle customer complaints professionally, adhering to company protocols.
  • Comply with COSHH, Food Safety, and Health & Safety regulations, reporting any incidents according to procedures.
  • Perform additional tasks to support the catering team and services as required.

Qualifications and Skills:

We are looking for candidates who possess the following attributes:

  • A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • A strong team player who collaborates effectively with others.
  • Previous catering experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
