GSL Education is thrilled to present an opportunity for a dedicated and imaginative Drama Teacher to become a vital part of our educational team in Boston. This role is ideal for both seasoned educators and enthusiastic newly qualified teachers eager to engage students through the vibrant world of performing arts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement engaging Drama lessons tailored for students in Key Stages 3 and 4.
- Encourage students to enhance their creative abilities and self-assurance through participation in the performing arts.
- Evaluate student performance and provide insightful feedback to facilitate their growth.
- Participate in school productions, drama clubs, and various extracurricular initiatives.
- Collaborate with fellow educators to create a unified and enriching educational experience.
Qualifications:
- Possession of Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a degree in Drama or a related discipline.
- Previous experience teaching Drama in a secondary school environment is preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and motivate students.
