About the Role
We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our team as the Head of Development and Fundraising. This is a unique opportunity to lead our fundraising efforts and make a significant impact on the lives of our patients and the community we serve.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive fundraising strategy to secure significant gifts and partnerships
- Lead a team of fundraising professionals to achieve ambitious targets
- Build and maintain relationships with major donors, trusts, and corporate partners
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for fundraising and partnership development
- Manage budgets and track progress towards fundraising targets
Requirements
- Proven track record in senior leadership and management roles within a charity or non-profit organization
- Experience in fundraising, particularly in philanthropy and major gifts
- Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and business skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to persuade, influence, and negotiate effectively with senior clinicians and stakeholders
