About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Lead to join our team at Tenchley Manor, a purpose-built care home providing exceptional specialist nursing care to residents in Selsey.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the registered care home manager in all aspects of the home's management, including taking temporary or complete charge during their absence.
  • Assist with the management of the care and nursing teams, including regular supervisions and appraisals.
  • Manage and monitor the planning and delivery of care, including medication management.
  • Work closely with the registered manager to ensure the quality of care provided by the home.
