Position Overview:
Daytime Healthcare Recruitment is excited to offer a unique opportunity for an apprentice to become part of our Permanent Recruitment division. This role allows you to pursue a Level 2 or 3 qualification while gaining valuable experience in the recruitment sector.

Role Responsibilities:
As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will engage actively with consultants, clients, and candidates. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Identifying and contacting potential candidates
  • Coordinating interviews and prioritizing candidate selection
  • Participating in client meetings and visits
  • Executing advertising campaigns
  • Providing guidance to candidates
  • Engaging in business development and nurturing relationships
  • Managing email correspondence
  • Making and receiving telephone calls
  • Collaborating with the team to meet key performance indicators (KPIs)

Work Schedule:
This is a part-time position requiring an initial commitment of 3 days per week.

Compensation:
The salary for this role ranges from £12,558.00 to £14,690.00 annually, with expected working hours of 30 per week. Additional compensation may include bonuses and commission based on performance.
