About the Role
  • Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods
  • Optimize workflows and ensure timely completion of tasks
  • Lead and train the warehouse team, overseeing performance metrics and driving process improvements
  • Manage daily inventory to ensure successful OTIF deliveries
  • Conduct regular audits and work closely with the UK Logistics Manager on strategic planning, budgeting, and policy implementation
Requirements
  • Proven experience in operations management within logistics or supply chain environments
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • Proficiency in operational management software and tools
  • Solid knowledge of Health and Safety, Food Safety regulations, and quality standards (ideally, at least Level 2 HACCP certification)
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Exceptional organisational skills with keen attention to detail
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining positive relationships with team members and stakeholders
