Contract Planner

We are seeking a skilled Contract Planner to join our team at PDA Search and Selection Ltd. As a Contract Planner, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating various tasks and projects to ensure seamless service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Purchase and Hire Order Management: Raise, monitor, and record all purchase and hire orders, and investigate invoice queries as needed.
- Work Planning: Plan all new and outstanding works for both fabric and electrical technicians.
- SLA/KPI Management: Drive Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure targets are achieved.
- Technician Productivity: Ensure the productivity of technicians is maximized as per contractual targets.
- Compliance Management: Assist the PPM planner to arrange all compliance SLAs are achieved.
- Sub-Contractor Management: Liaise with sub-contractors to manage open work orders to ensure job completion within agreed timescales and update systems accordingly.
- Parts Supplier Management: Liaise with parts suppliers and notify the FM teams of delivery issues.
- Equipment Management: Manage equipment deliveries, returns, and replacements.
- Dashboard Management: Manage and report on dashboard tiles.
Requirements:
We are looking for a candidate who is PC literate and conversant with packages such as Microsoft Word and Excel. Excellent communication and telephone skills are also essential.
