Contract Planner

We are seeking a skilled Contract Planner to join our team at PDA Search and Selection Ltd. As a Contract Planner, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our client's facilities management services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Purchase and Hire Order Management: Raise, monitor, and record all purchase and hire orders, and investigate invoice queries as required.
- Work Planning: Plan all new and outstanding works for both fabric and electrical technicians, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- SLA/KPI Management: Drive Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), ensuring that targets are achieved and productivity is maximized.
- Technician Productivity: Ensure that technicians are working at optimal levels, meeting contractual targets and delivering high-quality services.
- Compliance and Reporting: Assist the PPM planner in ensuring that all compliance SLAs are achieved, and manage and report on dashboard tiles to provide valuable insights.
- Sub-Contractor Management: Liaise with sub-contractors to manage open work orders, ensuring that jobs are completed within agreed timescales and systems are updated accordingly.
- Parts Supply and Equipment Management: Liaise with parts suppliers and notify the FM teams of delivery issues, and manage equipment deliveries, returns, and replacements.
Requirements:
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Contract Planner who is PC literate and conversant with packages such as Microsoft Word and Excel. The ability to communicate effectively and possess an excellent telephone manner is also desirable.
