Hours of Work: 40 hours per week, varying shifts

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Operative/Groundskeeper to join our team at Rushmere Shopping Centre. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining the site and grounds to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the site and grounds are maintained to a high standard as directed by our client
  • Operate a tractor for grounds maintenance
  • Gritting of the grounds on-site during winter months
  • Maintaining grass areas in and around the site
  • Litter picking of the grounds when required
  • Operating ride-on scrubber dryer within the centre
  • Performing other duties as required by the team

Requirements:

  • Full driving license
  • Previous experience in a similar role (desirable)
  • Ability to work varying shifts, including weekends and bank holidays
