Electrical Bias Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Bias Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team at our state-of-the-art facility in Craigavon. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient and effective maintenance of operating equipment, repair, identifying reliability issues, root cause problem solving, and improvement of assets, their availability, and the usage of energy and water across the site.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure all assigned Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedules are carried out at the defined frequency and completed to the required standard to ensure downtime is minimized.
  • Support installation, commissioning, and testing within the area as the need arises; work closely with and coach operators, engineers, and team leaders to perform autonomous maintenance tasks, machine setup optimization, and support growth in equipment capability as required.
  • Collaborate with the maintenance team to identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and efficiency.
Requirements:
  • Completed a formal engineering apprenticeship, ideally within an industrial/manufacturing industry.
  • Experience in planned maintenance strategies (PPM) and a strong focus towards continuous improvement and attention to detail.
