The Opportunity

FWB is seeking a highly experienced Sales Director to lead and drive the commercial strategy globally. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of experienced account managers to drive growth across both UK and international markets.

With recent investment in the production facility and a new distribution partnership in place, the Sales Director will have a significant impact on the company's success. The role offers a unique opportunity to improve and refine the company's marketing capabilities and contribute to new product development and innovation initiatives.

Candidate Requirements

  • Develop and implement category and group-wide sales strategies in a fast-paced environment.
  • Build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of developing people and performance in a team environment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and supply chain, to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies.
  • Work closely with other business functions, including finance, planning, procurement, and production.
  • Experience in new product development and the development of associated marketing campaigns.
  • Demonstrate broad and deep commercial acumen, including the ability to drive sales volumes, improve margin and profitability, develop commercial partnerships, and drive contractual value and governance.
  • Experience in import/export activity in a global business is highly desirable.
