Job Title: Plastering Multi Trader

We are seeking a skilled and versatile Multi Trader to join our team at Cotleigh Engineering. As a Multi Trader, you will be responsible for undertaking a range of tasks including patio laying, fencing, painting and decorating, patch plastering, and tiling.

About the Role:
  • Undertake general maintenance work for Property Management Companies, Landlords, and Commercial Clients.
  • Work independently on smaller tasks and as part of a team on larger projects.
  • Provide excellent customer service and be able to undertake a range of tasks in a tidy and considerate fashion.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Patio laying and fencing
  • Painting and decorating
  • Patch plastering
  • Tiling
