Job Description

We are seeking a talented Senior Structural Design Engineer to join our team in Belfast, Northern Ireland, and contribute to our continued success in delivering exceptional engineering services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead design teams in the design and analysis of various structures across a diverse range of projects.
  • Liaise with clients to ensure projects are delivered to the highest standards within agreed timelines and budgets.
  • Provide innovative solutions and technical guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Deliver detailed design engineering solutions, drawings, and specifications for slope stability, earthworks, and retaining structures, particularly in the rail environment.
  • Design piling, piled walls, foundations, and retaining walls, as well as temporary works, soil nails, ground anchors, and site investigations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Extensive experience in structural engineering design, preferably within a consultancy environment.
  • Proficiency in structural analysis software.
  • Proven leadership abilities with experience in managing design teams and delivering projects from conception to completion.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet project deadlines.
