Forensic Custody Healthcare Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Forensic Custody Healthcare Professional to join our team at Mountain Healthcare. As a Forensic Custody Healthcare Professional, you will play a vital role in providing expert patient-centred services to detainees and staff in custody suites.

About the Role

As a Forensic Custody Healthcare Professional, you will be responsible for delivering substance misuse therapies, conducting forensic sampling, and assessing and caring for detainees and staff. You will also work closely with Liaison and Diversion to identify any mental health needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver substance misuse therapies to detainees and staff
  • Conduct forensic sampling, including road traffic offence bloods
  • Assess and care for detainees and staff in custody suites
  • Promote good personal healthcare and well-being
  • Work with Liaison and Diversion to identify any mental health needs
