About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Reliability Maintenance Engineer to join our team at ELCORA ENGINEERING SOLUTIONS PLLC. As a key member of our Reliability Maintenance Engineering team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the optimal performance and reliability of our equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform proactive and preventative maintenance tasks on a wide range of site equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation.
  • Carry out reactive repairs and fault diagnosis in a live distribution warehouse, utilizing the latest tools and techniques to maximize equipment effectiveness.
  • Uphold all health and safety policies and practices, ensuring a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.
  • Support the development and progression of onsite apprentices, providing guidance and mentorship to help them grow in their roles.
  • Work on continuous improvement projects, identifying opportunities to enhance the operational environment and implement best practices across multiple EU sites.
A Day in the Life

As a Reliability Maintenance Engineer, you will be based on-site, allowing you to respond quickly to any machinery issues that arise. You will work closely with senior colleagues to undertake day-to-day maintenance tasks, such as painting and plumbing, and will liaise with contractors as needed to access external expertise.

You will work on a range of shifts to ensure our sites are supported around the clock, allowing Amazon to deliver at the speed we're known for.

About the Team

Our Reliability Maintenance Engineering team is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing equipment across our global network of fulfillment centers. We work together to ensure our equipment is performing at its best, and we often work during early or late hours to carry out maintenance with minimal disruption, including night shifts.

Basic Qualifications
  • Served a full Engineering indentured apprenticeship and/or qualified to a minimum of NVQ level 3 or equivalent in a relevant Engineering subject (City & Guilds Level 3, SVQ/IVQ).
Preferred Qualifications
  • Relevant experience as a qualified engineer.
  • Relevant experience working in mechanical and/or electrical maintenance.
  • Advanced proficiency in the local language verbally and in writing.
