About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Reliability Maintenance Engineer to join our team at ELCORA ENGINEERING SOLUTIONS PLLC. As a key member of our Reliability Maintenance Engineering team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our equipment and facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform proactive and preventative maintenance tasks on a wide range of site equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
  • Carry out reactive repairs and fault diagnosis in a live distribution warehouse, utilizing your technical expertise to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Utilize the latest tools and technologies to maximize equipment effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Uphold all health and safety policies and practices, ensuring a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.
  • Support the development and progression of onsite apprentices, providing guidance and mentorship to help them grow in their roles.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement projects and roll out best practices across a range of EU sites, driving excellence and innovation within the team.
A Day in the Life

As a Reliability Maintenance Engineer, you will be based on-site, allowing you to respond quickly to any machinery issues that arise. Your day will be filled with a range of planned preventative maintenance tasks, ensuring our equipment is working safely and efficiently. You will also have the opportunity to make suggestions for long-term improvements, driving positive change within the team.

Working alongside senior colleagues, you will undertake day-to-day maintenance tasks such as painting and plumbing, and will liaise with contractors if necessary. You will work on a range of shifts to ensure our sites are supported around the clock, allowing Amazon to deliver at the speed we are known for.

About the Team

Our Reliability Maintenance Engineering team is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing equipment across our global network of fulfillment centers. We work together to ensure our equipment is performing at its best, and we are committed to driving excellence and innovation within the team.

We often work during early or late hours to carry out maintenance with minimal disruption, including night shifts. If you are a skilled Reliability Maintenance Engineer looking for a challenging and rewarding role, we encourage you to apply.

Basic Qualifications
  • Served a full Engineering indentured apprenticeship and/or qualified to a minimum of NVQ level 3 or equivalent in a relevant Engineering subject (City & Guilds Level 3, SVQ/IVQ).
Preferred Qualifications
  • Relevant experience as a qualified engineer.
  • Relevant experience working in mechanical and/or electrical maintenance.
  • Advanced proficiency in the local language verbally and in writing.
