About the Role

We are looking for a senior artist with a strong background in visualisation and a passion for creative leadership. As Art Director, you will be responsible for shaping the visual direction of our projects, leading a team of talented artists, and ensuring that all creative output meets the highest level of excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and shape the visual vision of our projects, working closely with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Manage and mentor a team of artists, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their creative potential
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our clients' needs and goals, using this knowledge to inform and drive our creative output

Requirements
  • Proven experience as a senior artist or art director in a visualisation or creative agency
  • Strong background in visualisation, with a deep understanding of the creative and technical aspects of the field
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and outside the box
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results
