We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Estates and Facilities Manager to join our team at Mitie. As a key member of our Estates function, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations, ensuring all planned and reactive maintenance needs are met while upholding compliance with statutory regulations and requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of supervisors and schedulers to ensure accurate reporting and maintain necessary records.
- Meet all contractual obligations, key performance indicators, and service level agreements to prevent any penalties.
- Work closely with the Governance & Assurance Team to facilitate internal and external audits, promoting the continuous improvement of our services.
- Stay updated on technical competencies and strive to deliver a high standard of service in line with the Skilled Person Matrix.
- Significant experience in estates management and a proven track record of guiding and motivating teams.
- Excellent communication and engagement skills, coupled with the ability to draft and present clear reports and business cases.
- IT literacy and ability to identify and specify technological solutions to improve efficiency.
- A current driving license or the ability to arrange suitable transport.
- Able to achieve full SC clearance.
