We are seeking a compassionate Relief Lodge Manager to join our team at Churchill Estates Management Ltd. As a Relief Lodge Manager, you will cover the absences of permanent Lodge Managers on an "as and when" basis at Lodges within reasonable travelling distance for you.
Your primary responsibility will be to manage the maintenance of the property and provide a first-class service to Owners. You will be based at a central desk within the development, where you will be a visible and reassuring presence, administering the office and arranging contractors to maintain the building.
You will also play a key role in facilitating social events and supporting the sales team with customer viewings. Additionally, you will liaise with a range of departments and external contacts to ensure the smooth operation of the development.
About YouWe are looking for someone with a strong understanding of our customers and a desire to make a positive difference. You will have an outgoing and friendly personality with a love of people and socialising. You will know when to act with sensitivity and diplomacy, but also have the efficiency and assertiveness to manage the safety of the Owners and the security of the developments.
You will be happy working independently on your own initiative, as well as being part of a team. Previous experience in property management, social housing, retail, care work, customer or hospitality would be advantageous.
