The Role

We're seeking a driven and ambitious Sales Executive to fuel our growth. As the face of Talenscio, you'll be responsible for generating leads, building relationships, and closing deals in the UK and North American markets. You'll engage senior HR decision-makers, pinpointing their pain points and offering tailored solutions powered by our platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Generation & Sales Development: Hunt for new business opportunities in HR and recruitment.
  • Relationship Building: Connect with key HR decision-makers and talent leaders.
  • Consultative Selling: Lead discovery calls, present solutions, and close deals.
  • Pipeline Management: Own the sales process, ensuring a smooth handover to the client onboarding team.
  • Collaboration: Partner with our marketing team to align messaging and drive inbound leads.
What We're Looking For
  • Proven SaaS Sales Experience: A track record of winning new business, ideally in HR tech.
  • HR Tech Savvy: Deep understanding of HR and recruitment challenges.
  • Sales Skills & Commercial Acumen: You know how to build trust and close deals.
  • CRM Pro: Comfortable using sales enablement tools and systems.
  • US Market Knowledge: Desirable but not essential.
