Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate submissions for potential placement
- Lead the quoting process and follow market trends
- Present terms to clients and networks
- Facilitate firm order broking via PPL and email
- Document broking activities in market sheets
- Review draft and final Market Reform Contracts (MRC)
- Send cover confirmations to clients and networks
- Offer benchmarking and placement advice to clients
- Conduct client meetings
- Establish and manage a robust pipeline

This position also includes travel opportunities to meet with US Fortune 100 companies, who trust our broking expertise in a fast-paced and innovative environment. Qualifications for Success
- Approximately 10 years of market broking experience in the US and/or International Casualty Energy sectors
- Preferred knowledge across Upstream, Midstream, and Downstream sectors, including Utilities and Renewables
- Strong understanding of London insurance market dynamics and core processes
- Proficient in utilizing insurance industry IT systems for efficient client service delivery
- Experience in managing effective client relationships
- Ability to structure complex placement programs with a focus on optimal client outcomes
- Good grasp of compliance and FCA regulations
- Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team
