Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a diverse team of front-of-house staff across all three restaurants, ensuring they deliver exceptional service and maintain a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Operations Management: Oversee daily operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and compliance with health and safety regulations, to ensure the efficient and effective running of the restaurant.
- Guest Experience: Ensure that every guest has a positive dining experience by maintaining high standards of service, promptly addressing any issues or concerns, and continuously seeking feedback to improve our service.
- Financial Management: Monitor and manage budgets, control costs, and maximize profitability while maintaining the quality of service and product, ensuring that our restaurant remains a profitable and sustainable business.
Requirements:
- Leadership Experience: Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar leadership role within a high-volume, multi-outlet environment, with a strong track record of success in leading and developing high-performing teams.
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff to deliver exceptional service and achieve business objectives.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the ability to build strong relationships with staff, guests, and stakeholders.
- Industry Knowledge: A deep understanding of the hospitality industry, including food and beverage management, with a strong knowledge of industry trends and best practices.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to think critically and solve complex problems.
