About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Mental Health Nurse to join our team at NHS Professionals Limited. As a Mental Health Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to patients with mental health conditions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess and monitor patient conditions, identifying areas of concern and developing effective care plans.
  • Provide individualized care to patients, taking into account their unique needs and circumstances.
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support.
  • Conduct regular reviews and assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of care plans and make adjustments as needed.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and carers to ensure a supportive and inclusive environment.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 6 months paid experience in a Mental Health Hospital environment within the last 3 years.
  • Statement of NMC Registration.
  • Degree/Diploma in Nursing.
