About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Registered Mental Health Nurse to join our team at NHS Professionals Limited. As a Mental Health Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients with mental health conditions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess and monitor patient conditions, identifying areas for improvement and implementing effective care plans.
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care and support.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and carers to ensure effective communication and care.
  • Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures to improve patient care and outcomes.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 6 months paid experience in a Mental Health Hospital environment within the last 3 years.
  • Current NMC registration and a degree or diploma in Nursing.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
