Job Title: Floor Supervisor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Floor Supervisor to join our team at Levi Strauss & Co. in Cheshire Oaks Designer Outlet, United Kingdom. As a Floor Supervisor, you will play a critical role in supporting the management team in delivering key performance indicators (KPIs) and implementing profit opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and deputise for the management team in delivering KPIs and implementing profit opportunities
  • Implement individual, daily and weekly sales targets for the store team to improve store performance
  • Monitor KPIs and team performance through running reports and updating the management team
  • Assist with store operations such as stock management, payroll, admin and rota
  • Assist with the customer journey by offering an exceptional 1-2-1 service and ensuring the customer comes first
  • Inspire, motivate and develop the team through training, coaching and product knowledge

Requirements:

  • Possess a strong customer service background and experience in efficiently managing a team
  • Have a good track record of developing and growing your team
  • Experience in working to and driving KPIs and sales targets within retail, as well as a good understanding of store operations
