Job Title: Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Four Seasons Health Care. As a Nurse Practitioner, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our residents and their families.

About the Role:
  • Lead a team of nurses and carers to provide comprehensive care to residents
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of residents
  • Provide training and workshops to the team on best practices and new developments in nursing care
  • Collaborate with the therapy team to ensure residents receive holistic care
  • Organize and lead multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss resident care and progress
  • Advise residents on health and wellness, prevention, and lifestyle choices
  • Provide training to residents and their families on health-related topics
  • Oversee all aspects of medicine management on your shift, ensuring compliance with company policies and legislation
Requirements:
  • Experience in brain injury care
  • Current NMC registration and a good understanding of clinical practices
  • Ability to lead a team and communicate effectively at all levels
  • Passion for delivering high-quality care and supporting residents and their families
  • Strong clinical skills and ability to make decisions in a timely manner
  • Able to work in a clinical environment and demonstrate awareness of relevant legislation
