With an impressive portfolio of over 4,500 training sessions conducted annually, they successfully educate more than 10,000 professionals each year.

Key Responsibilities

The primary objective of the Lead Account Advisor is to effectively market and sell lucrative training programs within the investigative sector. This involves:

  1. Conducting business-to-business sales outreach to senior decision-makers and influencers.
  2. Engaging with current investigative clients across both public and private sectors to assess their ongoing training requirements.
  3. Delivering tailored, client-centric solutions along with compelling proposals and presentations.
  4. Identifying and promoting relevant training offerings to prospective clients.
  5. Allocating dedicated time each day for outbound calls and pitching training services to key stakeholders.
  6. Following up on information packets and promotional materials sent to potential clients.
  7. Aligning client needs with appropriate training solutions.

You will receive comprehensive training and support from management and collaborate closely with various departments responsible for course administration, design, delivery, and marketing.

Candidate Requirements

While the role involves selling legal skills training, it is important to note that the target audience comprises non-legal professionals, thus a legal background is not a prerequisite.

  • A strong inclination towards new business development and nurturing existing accounts.
  • Experience in selling educational products and events is advantageous.
