Role Overview

As a Night Support Facilitator, your primary responsibility will be to offer support and encouragement, following the guidance of both the individual receiving support and their personalized care plan.

You will be expected to maintain precise records during your shifts in accordance with service requirements. Additionally, you may be tasked with providing personal care and administering medication as needed.

Our facility is designed to provide person-centered, responsive residential and nursing care.

The environment is tailored for adults with diverse needs, including those recovering from brain injuries or strokes, as well as individuals with intellectual and physical disabilities.

Our location offers a beautiful setting, with many self-contained living spaces featuring views of the surrounding area. All accommodations are bright and spacious, and we provide options for couples. Our accessible and inviting environment is equipped with modern amenities and daily nursing support.
