Job Summary
This is an exciting opportunity to join Kinetech as a Corporate Finance Strategist, working closely with the head of Corporate Finance to drive key strategic projects and support business growth.
About the Role
- Maintain and develop the long-range financial model, ensuring it accurately reflects the company's financial performance and strategic objectives.
- Perform in-depth financial analysis to assess strategic opportunities, including capital raises, refinancing, corporate development, and business development initiatives.
- Produce high-quality commentary and analysis of financial assumptions, scenarios, and sensitivities to inform business decisions.
- Support the financial aspects of key strategy projects, including mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, and ad hoc scenario analysis.
- Develop and maintain financial model infrastructure, processes, and documentation to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
About You
- You will have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a Master's degree or professional accounting/analyst accreditations being a plus.
- Proven expertise in financial modelling, with a strong understanding of complex models in Excel, NPV, and IRR returns analysis.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to summarise complex concepts and present to senior stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and the ability to decipher financial statements.
