Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Financial Assistant to join our team at Page Personnel Finance. As a key member of our Accounting & Finance department, you will play a vital role in supporting our financial operations and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial records.

Key Responsibilities

  • Financial Statement Preparation: Assist in the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Financial Analysis: Conduct regular financial analysis and produce insightful reports to inform business decisions.
  • Financial Planning: Support the development of financial plans and budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Financial Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
  • Financial Compliance: Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards, including tax laws and accounting standards.

Requirements

  • Education: Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent analytical and numerical skills, strong communication and teamwork skills, and a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
