Key Responsibilities:
  • Manufacture precision machined components to meet the highest standards of quality and accuracy.
  • Program and operate multi-axis CNC machines to produce complex components with precision and speed.
  • Collaborate with the manufacturing engineering team to develop and improve machining methods and workholding techniques.
  • Support the shift lead in managing workflow and maximizing output while maintaining quality standards.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a machinist with a strong background in CNC programming and multi-axis machining.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing systems and software, with a focus on precision component production.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
