We are currently seeking Refuse Collection Operatives for our client, LKA Recruitment, on a temporary basis with the potential for a permanent role.

Role Overview:

The successful candidates will be responsible for assisting in the collection of waste materials, ensuring that the process runs smoothly and efficiently. This position requires individuals who are available for immediate start and are comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare for waste collection by organizing and loading materials onto the collection vehicle.
  • Engage in physical activities including walking, lifting heavy items, and maneuvering wheeled bins and containers.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to maintain a high standard of service.
Candidate Profile:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Strong physical fitness to handle the demands of the role.
  • Excellent teamwork skills and a reliable work ethic.
Working Hours:

Tuesday to Friday, starting at 06:30 am.

Compensation:

Hourly Rate: £12.00 per hour, with a guaranteed minimum of 8 hours paid per day.

Payment Method: PAYE, with weekly pay.
