Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Air Source Heat Pump Engineer to join our dynamic team at MyEnergy Solutions. As an Air Source Heat Pump Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the installation, maintenance, and servicing of air source heat pump systems for residential clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, commission, and troubleshoot air source heat pump systems in accordance with manufacturer specifications and industry best practices.
  • Conduct site surveys to assess the suitability of locations for air source heat pump installations.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to customers regarding the operation and maintenance of air source heat pump systems.
  • Perform routine maintenance and periodic inspections to ensure the optimal performance of installed systems.
  • Diagnose and repair faults or malfunctions in air source heat pump systems, including electrical and mechanical components.
  • Keep accurate records of work performed, including service reports, maintenance logs, and inventory usage.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Air Source Heat Pump Engineer or similar role, with a strong understanding of heat pump technology and principles.
  • Sound knowledge of electrical systems and components, with the ability to carry out electrical work in compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Relevant qualifications in plumbing, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC), or a related field.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
