Job Title: Experienced SIA Security Officers

This role is crucial in supporting our retailers' success by increasing footfall and spend. As a Security Officer, you will be accountable to the security manager for delivering exceptional security services within the site.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Centre Patrols: Regularly patrol the centre, following the security assignment instructions, and proactively addressing any security concerns.
  • Incident Response: Respond promptly to all security incidents and events, ensuring a timely and effective resolution.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, being proactive in assisting visitors and offering help wherever possible.
  • Incident Management: Manage all incidents in accordance with company and centre policies and procedures.
  • Collaboration: Liaise with the security manager, reacting to incidents, and ensuring colleagues are briefed and supported.
  • Emergency Response: Efficiently and effectively deal with emergencies, including fire and bomb scares, keeping the onsite team and client informed.
  • Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor and log suspect individuals, reporting incidents in line with company and centre policies.
  • Support and Maintenance: Assist third-party contractors/visitors, ensuring adherence to all company and centre procedures/policies, and manage centre records/reference materials.
  • Reporting and Audits: Report any event detrimental to the provision of security to the security team leader/security manager, and support the security manager with internal/external audits.
  • Flexibility: Demonstrate a flexible and can-do attitude, with the ability to attend work in line with shift patterns and be flexible with shift start and finish times.

Essential Requirements:

  • Front Line SIA licence.

Desirable Requirements:

  • CCTV SIA licence.

Working Hours: 40 Hrs Shift Pattern of 4 on 4 off.
