Position Overview
This role is customer-oriented, where a Customer Services Manager will initiate work requests, and you will be responsible for direct communication with Crest Nicholson clients, managing the scheduling of appointments, and ensuring timely completion of tasks.
The Customer Service Technician must ensure that all necessary materials are on hand during the execution of tasks and that all work meets our high-quality standards.
Typical responsibilities include:
- Painting and decorating
- Replacing mastic
- Wall tiling
- Carpentry tasks such as adjusting doors and fixing creaky floors
- Adjusting paving slabs
- Repairing plaster
- Modifying kitchen units
Throughout the process, you will provide regular updates to the Customer Service Manager and keep a record of recurring issues, identifying any substandard products or materials to prevent future complications.
All tasks must adhere to our Health and Safety policies and quality procedures. We expect all employees to maintain a professional appearance and ensure that tools and equipment are secure and well-maintained.
Candidate Profile
We are looking for a motivated individual with a strong attention to detail. You should possess trade skills and experience in a similar capacity within property services and snagging. A friendly demeanor with a focus on customer service and quality is essential, along with excellent organizational and time management abilities.
