Maintenance Specialist

Job Title: Maintenance Specialist
Location: Tamworth
Hours: Day shift 07:30 - 16:00 Monday to Friday (40 hours per week) with flexibility to work night shift Monday - Thursday 4:20p - 3am
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and prioritize maintenance tasks, ordering necessary materials to complete tasks efficiently.
- Ensure all maintenance and repair work is completed safely, effectively, and in a timely manner.
- Support team members with tasks as needed.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Understanding of Preventative Maintenance Systems.
- Fault Finding Skills Electrical & Mechanical.
- Recognised Electrical qualification (17th/18th Edition).
Essential Skills:
- Extensive knowledge of building systems such as Industrial electrics.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks.
- Ability to identify issues and determine necessary repairs.
- Ability to plan maintenance schedules.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software for reports, logs, and inventory.
Working Hours:
Position may involve working with night shift teams and occasional weekend work when required.
