About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Senior Healthcare Assistant to join our team at Nuffield Health Wessex Hospital. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and supporting our colleagues in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care, prioritizing their needs and well-being
  • Carry out administrative tasks, including data entry and record-keeping
  • Develop strong relationships with patients, families, and colleagues
  • Use your organizational skills to manage workload and prioritize tasks
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • NVQ level 3 qualification in Healthcare or equivalent
  • Relevant experience in an acute hospital or care setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
