Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Lead.NET Developer to join our dynamic team at Primis Talent. As a key member of our technology team, you will be responsible for leading the architecture, design, and development of cutting-edge software solutions using modern technologies such as.NET, Azure, and Microservices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Leadership: Collaborate with engineering and product teams to establish best practices and standards for software development.
  • Code Quality: Ensure that all code is of high quality, following outlined standards of quality related to code and systems.
  • Automated Testing: Develop automated tests and conduct performance tuning to ensure seamless integration and deployment of solutions.
  • Full-Stack Development: Lead and oversee the development of complex applications using a full-stack approach with.NET/C# and other technologies.
  • Microservices Architecture: Architect and design scalable, high-performance solutions based on Microservices architecture.
  • Cloud Services: Ensure seamless integration and deployment of solutions using Microsoft Azure cloud services.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and quality engineers to deliver high-quality products.
  • Best Practices: Implement best practices for coding standards, architecture, and security.
  • Mentorship: Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of growth and continuous learning.
  • Project Delivery: Ensure timely project delivery while managing and mitigating technical risks.
  • Technology Staying Current: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies to ensure the team uses the most efficient tools and methods.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or relevant field.
  • Experience: 4+ years of experience working with.NET or relevant experiences.
  • Technical Skills: Experience developing web-based applications in C#, HTML, JavaScript, VBScript/ASP, or.NET.
  • Database Experience: Experience working with MS SQL Server and MySQL.
  • Software Development Life Cycle: Knowledge of practices and procedures for full software design life cycle.
  • Agile Development: Experience working in an agile development environment.
