Role Summary: As a Lead Software Architect, you will play a crucial role in guiding the development and architectural design of intricate applications. Your leadership will ensure the delivery of high-quality code and promote technical excellence within our engineering team. Your extensive knowledge of open-source technologies, proficiency in AWS, and expertise in automation, along with your skills in ReactNative and AngularJS frameworks, will be instrumental in supporting our objectives. You will oversee the entire lifecycle of our capabilities, ensuring optimal performance in production environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Spearhead the technical execution of our technology strategy, influencing the construction and standardization of our digital offerings.
  • Provide strategic engineering insights across all aspects, including solutions, implementation, best practices, governance, security, and data management (APIs).
  • Mentor and cultivate the skills of a team of full-stack developers, offering training, technical direction, code evaluations, and nurturing a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Architect, design, and develop robust and scalable web applications utilizing ReactNative, AngularJS, and other relevant technologies that will define our services.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Proven experience as a Lead Full Stack Developer with a strong emphasis on web application development.
  • Comprehensive understanding of both front-end and back-end technologies, including ReactNative, AngularJS, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and associated frameworks.
  • Significant development experience in delivering traditional code artifacts (Java/Python/SQL, etc.) as well as Infrastructure as Code (IaC) artifacts (Cloud Formation/Terraform/AWS CLI).
  • In-depth knowledge of AWS services and architecture, including EC2, S3, Lambda, API Gateway, and DynamoDB.
  • Strong grasp of software engineering principles, design patterns, and best practices for creating scalable and maintainable code.
  • Experience in facilitating workshops or meetings to gather business requirements and promote effective communication between business and technical teams.
