We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Contracts Manager to join our team at a leading social housing/regeneration contractor. As a Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for delivering internal and external refurbishment projects to housing association properties in North West London.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple contracts and lead a team of Site Supervisors, Site Managers, and multi-disciplined tradespeople
  • Ensure the delivery of projects within budget and time scales specified
  • Focus on the motivation of the workforce to deliver on time and to budget
  • Focus on quality, customer service, and deliver
  • Drive profitability of the contract, including pricing and delivering extra works
  • Client and tenant customer satisfaction
  • Process Management
  • Management of the customer
  • Have an understanding of the financials on the contract
  • Customer liaison skills

Requirements:

  • Experience as a Contracts Manager delivering social housing/planned maintenance projects
  • Proven track record of delivering projects within budget and time scales
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
