Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled R&D Tax Consultant to join our team at Leonid Group Ltd. As an R&D Tax Consultant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our clients in the West Midlands with their R&D tax claims.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and review R&D tax claims for various industries, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders, including C-Suite executives, to provide expert advice on R&D tax strategies.
  • Develop and present value propositions to prospective clients, highlighting the benefits of our R&D tax services.
  • Produce clear and concise technical narratives and financial analysis documents, showcasing the R&D activities of our clients.
  • Interact with HMRC to provide support and defend claims prepared by our team.
  • Design and deliver workshops, seminars, and conferences to share expertise on R&D tax relief and innovation funding.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and identify new business opportunities.

Requirements:

  • STEM degree from a reputable institution.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen interest in science, technology, and innovation.
