Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced R&D Tax Manager to join our team at Leonid Group Ltd. As a key member of our innovation funding team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality R&D tax services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and deliver a portfolio of R&D tax clients, providing expert advice and guidance on innovation funding products.
  • Work closely with our commercial team to onboard new clients and develop new industry areas to focus on.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional client management skills and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Deliver technical reports and financial analyses with exceptional accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify new business opportunities and develop strategic plans to drive growth.
  • Mentor junior teammates and assist with training and development programs.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in R&D tax legislation and regulations, ensuring that our clients receive the best possible advice and guidance.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in R&D tax relief and innovation funding products.
  • Strong technical knowledge of R&D tax and ability to apply this knowledge in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • High attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively.
  • Excellent MS Office skills, with a strong proficiency in Word and Excel.
