Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Supervisor to join our team at The Bishop. As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading by example, ensuring that our customers receive a heartfelt and memorable experience each and every time they visit.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Ensure that every customer receives a warm welcome and a memorable experience.
- Deputise for Management: Take charge in the absence of management and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Team Leadership: Help organise and coordinate the team during a busy shift, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Health and Safety: Ensure that the bar is always safe, legal, and clean, and that any issues are dealt with promptly and safely.
Requirements:
- Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to create connections with our guests and residents quickly.
- Experience in High-Volume Environments: Experience in fast-paced restaurant/bar environments is beneficial.
- Passion for Food and Wine: Passion and well-rounded knowledge of food and wine.
- Flexibility and Reliability: Ability to work late evenings, weekends, and public holidays on a rotating roster.
