Key Responsibilities of the Automotive Paint Technician:
- Expertly perform all preparation and repainting tasks for vehicles.
- Complete all assignments within the designated timeframes.
- Deliver work that meets the high standards expected by customers, manufacturers, and the industry.
- Oversee non-qualified staff, providing guidance and training as necessary.
- Engage with internal departments, suppliers, and customers effectively.
