Clinical Support Coordinator

Together Dental is a dynamic community of dental practices across the UK, united by a commitment to excellence and a passion for delivering outstanding patient care. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Clinician Support Administrator to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis.
Main Purpose & GoalsAs a Clinician Support Administrator, you will play a critical role in managing and overseeing all aspects of a patient's journey from initial contact to completion of care and treatment. You will work closely with designated clinicians, practice teams, and business development managers to ensure seamless communication and administrative duties are applied consistently to an exceptional standard.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and convert leads presented by lead generators for assigned clinicians within agreed turnaround times.
- Maintain regular contact with patients through various communication methods to ensure a smooth patient journey.
- Conduct courtesy calls after treatment delivery and obtain patient testimonials to build clinician portfolios.
- Adhere to SLAs to ensure efficient and effective lead turnarounds.
- Work closely with lead generators, business development managers, and assigned clinicians to ensure successful delivery of patient care.
- Provide excellent service and communication to clinicians, practice teams, and business development managers throughout the patient's journey.
- Prepare weekly reports on activity and patient conversion for senior lead generators.
- Offer finance options and available treatments to patients to drive conversion from enquiry to treatment delivery.
- Attend and support events for designated clinicians to drive treatment opportunities and conversion statistics.
- Work closely with lead generators to deliver private revenue through various patient touchpoints.
- Build and sustain strong working relationships within operations to support operational, organizational, and commercial growth.
- Support the achievement of consistent high levels of referral to conversion.
- Track performance indicators relating to conversion and non-conversion, providing recommendations for delivery improvement to operational teams.
- Assist with and perform other tasks as reasonably requested by senior lead generators, clinicians, or business development managers to enhance patient care or treatment opportunities for assigned clinicians.
We are looking for someone who is collaborative, driven, detailed, and agile, with exceptional delivery of lead conversion for specified clinicians. You will achieve and deliver against set targets, working closely with patients, designated clinicians, business development managers, lead generators, and senior lead generators to grow and drive outstanding organizational performance.
