Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled 3rd Line Engineer to join our team at Peaple Talent. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a growing technology company, providing technical support and maintaining clients' infrastructure.

The successful candidate will be responsible for handling complex incidents, providing technical support, and maintaining clients' infrastructure. They will have some involvement in projects, but this role is predominantly a support-based position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide 3rd line support, managing complex incidents and resolving problems
  • Act as an escalation point to 2nd line team
  • Coach and mentor junior colleagues
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in providing 3rd line support in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent understanding of M365 suite, Azure, and Windows Server
  • Knowledge of Cisco Meraki
  • Team player with a positive attitude and excellent work ethic
  • Excellent customer service skills
