About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Planned Maintenance Technician to join our team at iO Associates. As a Planned Maintenance Technician, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the efficiency and reliability of equipment by conducting scheduled preventive maintenance tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out planned AM/PM tasks according to the maintenance schedule to ensure optimal equipment availability.
  • Collaborate with the Maintenance Planner to document tasks and plan ahead for upcoming work.
  • Lead Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) activities to boost machinery performance.
  • Attend plant shutdown periods to perform essential maintenance and rebuilds.
  • Support the technical teams with troubleshooting and equipment optimisation.
  • Mentor unit staff on best repair methods and technical troubleshooting skills.
About You

We are looking for a proactive and technically adept individual with:

  • A Level 3 qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics (or equivalent).
  • 5+ years' experience in a fast-paced, automated manufacturing environment.
  • Strong troubleshooting abilities and experience working with advanced systems such as robotics and automation.
  • Excellent communication skills and a passion for coaching and mentoring team members.
  • Experience with both electrical and mechanical systems and a solid understanding of safety regulations.
