Role Overview:
As a Student Behavior Facilitator, your main objective will be to promote positive conduct and cultivate a nurturing educational atmosphere for students. This involves supporting their academic journey as well as their personal development, including communication skills, social interactions, and self-sufficiency.

Key Duties:

  • Assisting educators in applying behavior management strategies.
  • Providing individualized support to students encountering behavioral difficulties.
  • Collaborating with the school's Special Educational Needs Coordinator (SENCO) and other specialists to create tailored intervention strategies.
  • Advocating for the welfare of students and enhancing a positive educational environment.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills:

  • Relevant experience in working with children or young adults in an educational context.
  • Understanding of behavior management techniques and their implementation in a school environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A compassionate and patient demeanor when assisting students with varied needs.
  • Educational qualifications in teaching or psychology are beneficial.
