Regional Facilities Manager

Calibre Search is seeking an experienced Regional Facilities Manager to lead technical teams in delivering PPM and Reactive maintenance services in the West Yorkshire region.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead technical teams in delivering PPM and Reactive maintenance services, ensuring compliance with legislative and regulatory standards.
- Manage supervisors, technicians, and clients to maintain good working relationships and drive process improvements.
- Complete compliance audits and take corrective action as required to ensure services meet agreed SLA's and statutory requirements.
- Drive process improvements and support training of direct reports to enhance team capabilities.
- Ensure all maintenance services meet agreed SLA's and statutory requirements, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ensure all activities comply with Health and Safety Policies and processes, maintaining a safe working environment.
- Regularly communicate with customers on FM activity within agreed SLA's, providing transparent updates.
- Audit FM documentation and ensure action plans are in place for non-compliance issues, ensuring continuous improvement.
- Ensure all sites are covered on a 24/7 basis to deliver reactive and planned maintenance, meeting customer needs.
- Direct line management of Area Site Technicians Supervisors, providing guidance and support.
- Recruit and induct colleagues within the team as required, ensuring a skilled and motivated workforce.
- Train, develop, and appraise direct reports to ensure effective leadership and motivation, driving team success.
- Manage team conduct and capability, and apply disciplinary procedure as required, maintaining a positive work environment.
- Manage absence within the team fairly and consistently, ensuring minimal disruption to services.
- Educated to GCSE / Standard Grade level as a minimum, with a recognised technical background in hard FM.
- Ideal qualifications: NVQ Level 3/City and guilds 236 Part 1 & 2 or equivalent in electrical installation/Maintenance, with strong PC literacy and experience in using a CAFM system.
- Ideal membership: CIBSE, BIFM or equivalent, with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong planning, organising, prioritisation, and project management skills, with a focus on delivering results.
- Basic Salary: Up to £52,000, with bonus, company car/car allowance, overtime, pension, private health care, life assurance, and 33 days holiday.
